First sessions are a required 2 hours minimum.
This includes thorough intake, extra session time and a welcome gift .
- Initial Session 2 hours and 20minutes = $200
Follow-ups
- 1 hour = $90
- 90min = $135
- 2 hour = $180
Typically I only offer 1 hour sessions for those who rebook within the same week because we didn’t have time to cover everything.
I take Apple Pay , Venmo, PayPal, checks and cash
I ask that new clients are well hydrated for at least 24 hours ahead of session and have a light meal, about an hour before , so that we have fuel in our reserve to better receive a more therapeutic session

Why a 2 hour initial sessions?
In this time you will experience the deeply profound body changes that can otherwise take up to 3 of my shorter sessions to feel. This is because during an initial session a lot of work needs to be done to get one’s body to a point of reception where true healing can take place, if this threshold is not met, it can take many sessions continuously starting from the beginning. No matter the time you book for, you will always experience relaxation, but without a full integrative 2 hour session, you may not experience the changes you have been hoping for.
Referrals
If you have referred someone you’ll receive 20mins of added bodywork to your next session. This is not a discount on your regular session, it is an addition to show the value of what a little extra time can really do to help transform your body and contribute to the healing process.
